Job Description Employed PRN (W2) CRNA/CAA Position with SSM Health - Fond du Lac, WI At  SSM Health , we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Facility Information: SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is a 174-bed facility that does approximately 5,000 surgical cases per year.  CRNA's/AA's will provide medically directed anesthesia for a variety of cases including general, ortho, ENT, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, and podiatry.  The surgical area at St. Agnes Hospital has six operating rooms. Your Qualifications:
  • Graduate of nationally accredited CRNA or CAA Program
  • Ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin
  • BLS
  • ALS
