Job Description

Salary: $99,100 - 132,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• We look for 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• We need proven experience as a product owner in healthcare technology settings.
• Experience with patient support programs, specialty pharmacy systems, or healthcare platforms is required.
• A strong understanding of patient data, healthcare workflows, and data privacy considerations is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
• We expect demonstrated skill in managing product backlogs, user stories, and documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and UX, is required.
• Experience with Biopharma Manufacturer programs or health benefits environments is preferred.
• Exposure to system integrations such as APIs, EMR/EHR, and pharmacy systems is preferred.
• Experience with digital health platforms or enterprise healthcare technologies is preferred.
• A background in patient support program operations or specialty pharmacy services is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical, operational, and external partner groups is preferred.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

• We own and prioritize the product backlog to align delivery with patient, client, and business priorities.
• We define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for Patient Services technology.
• We build deep expertise in our patient support programs and Biopharma services, including internal and customer-facing workflows.
• We partner with stakeholders to translate Biopharma Manufacturer priorities into product features and enhancements.
• We lead the design and delivery of solutions that connect patient support programs with specialty pharmacy and healthcare systems.
• We convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product documentation.
• We drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• We collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable healthcare technology solutions.
• We ensure our products support patient data workflows, integrations, and compliance requirements.
• We lead UAT and release activities to ensure quality and business readiness.
• We monitor product performance and use data insights and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• We act as a bridge between business, technology, and external partners to improve the end-to-end patient experience.
