Job Description

Salary: $136,300 - 227,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a degree or equivalent, along with typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
• We need proven experience building stochastic process simulations to support business decisions in inventory, transportation, or other supply chain domains.
• We expect a strong grounding in probability and statistics, including random variables, probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, and modern machine learning methods.
• We require hands-on experience with data wrangling using SQL.
• We need experience with statistical modeling in Python and/or R.
• We expect the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical leaders and non-technical executive audiences.
• We require U.S. work authorization now or in the future without McKesson sponsorship.

• We architect and implement simulation and optimization solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.
• We drive adoption of innovative stochastic process simulation and optimization tools and measure their business impact.
• We develop and apply digital twins and simulation/optimization frameworks to support decisions across inventory, transportation, and labor planning.
• We translate simulation and optimization results into clear, actionable recommendations for business partners.
• We improve existing analytic solutions and contribute to strategic use cases in inventory optimization, transportation, and network modeling.
